CHROMEBOOK: Big black toolbar is back

Put up another user on the CHROMEBOOK. My alumni news user id.

Magically, the problem I had with CHROMEBOX where the READER window had a big black bar that obscures the choices.

I forget what I did on CHROMEBOX to fix it.
